These Terms of Use apply to your use of vupl.dev and the games on it ("the Service"). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Using the Service
The Service is provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- copy, modify, redistribute, re-host or embed the games or their code on another website or app without our written permission;
- attempt to break, overload or interfere with the Service or its security;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to play the games or to interact with advertisements;
- click on ads, or encourage others to click on them, for any reason other than genuine interest.
Intellectual property
The games and everything that makes them up belong to vupl.dev and are protected by copyright and other laws. This includes the code, the tile artwork, the sounds, the music, the level designs and the text. Mahjong itself is a traditional game, and its rules and tile symbols belong to everyone. Our specific implementation and artwork do not.
Advertising
The Service displays ads from third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for the websites they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising uses cookies and how you can control it.
Game data
Your progress is stored in your browser. We cannot recover progress that is lost when browser data is cleared, when you switch devices, or when the browser deletes stored data on its own.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vupl.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms or change or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. The effective date above shows when these Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
